VIBROTOR nozzles generate strong vibrations due to unbalance, which are ideal for loosening deposits and encrustations in plastic pipes. The advantage of this type of rotary nozzle is that the pipe wall is not subjected to mechanical stress, as is the case with machining with milling tools or chain slinging tools, but the material is loosened by vibrations, which largely excludes scratches or damage to the pipe.
VIBROTOR nozzles may only be used in well-preserved plastic pipes. Use in clay pipes, already damaged or brittle pipes of all kinds can lead to damage for which the manufacturer is not liable.
